VIDEO)Texas Installs New Border Wall Section in Honor of 12-Year-Old Jocelyn Nungaray

Texas recently completed a new section of the border wall along its southern border in honor of Jocelyn Nungaray, a 12-year-old girl who was tragically killed by two individuals who had entered the U.S. illegally. This event, along with many other instances involving violence against American citizens by unauthorized immigrants, has intensified calls for stricter border control measures.

Texas Land Commissioner Dawn Buckingham recently discussed a plan known as “The Jocelyn Initiative,” which involves repurposing state-owned land to develop deportation facilities and support border security efforts. Buckingham emphasized her commitment to taking action to prevent further tragedies and improve safety for children and families. “We are determined not to lose one more child to violence from individuals who crossed our border unlawfully or to those released from jail who pose a danger to the community,” Buckingham said, with Nungaray’s mother and grandmother present for the announcement.
